Happy Friday & Enjoy your weekend thoughts!

Creation,

Hosanna, Blessed be the Rock! Blessed be the Rock! Of my Salvation!

God is most definitely good on this evening and I thank him for his grace, mercy, salvation, deliverance and joy on today. Let no one or nothing take away your praise or your joy for the Joy of the Lord is your strength!

Sometimes we say…why Lord?  to things we do not understand. I know I do but I am reminded that he is always on my side even when I am not even on my side…if that makes sense. I watched Lindsay Lohan one time say she would sabotage herself knowingly and unknowingly and that never left me.

Watch how you treat yourself and how you allow others to treat you. Watch what you allow in your vessel and what you don’t. Use your spiritual eye and not just the naked eye when discerning those around you and be a blessing and not a curse to those you know and love.

Here are some of my quotes that come to mind today in my Friday thoughts. God Bless you! and again Be A Blessing!

“Loved and being used are two totally different things”-Wanda Jefferson

“A man or woman that has no regards for their kids cannot possibly love you, know that if they are disposable, any relationship with any person in their lives can be disposed of too”-Wanda Jefferson

“This isn’t just 2017 for me it is a “New” year! All things are being made new, I’ve got a new attitude, new goals, new dreams, new things and most importantly a new commitment to serving the Lord with my whole heart, so don’t think I am acting new, I am being made new, into a new creature, embarking upon new things and seeing old things made new in my life. Newness is scary, challenging, unfamiliar, rocky, unsure, and skeptical ground but I’ll be damned if I go back to where I came from, the devil is a liar and the truth is not in him…And no I am not inviting no new devils, debts, demons or spirits…satan you can keep that ….but what I am saying is If I am going to walk on the water and jump for anyone let it be you Jesus…Lord I trust you….Bring it on and Bring it Brand New”-Wanda Jefferson

“Any step in the right direction is a counted step”-Wanda Jefferson

Worship Leaders Must Read

Two weeks ago my fellow church staff guys and I got to attend the Shepherds’ Conference at Grace Community Church. There’s always so much I could say about this week each year, but right now I’ll limit it just to books. One of the benefits of going to conferences for pastors is the exposure to resources. […]
