As you all know, my mom is in Heaven. Her birthday was the 16th and she would have been 78. What you may not know, is that she has one Sister who has a birthday coming up this Thursday.

For one whole week, they would be the same age because they are exactly 1 year and 7 days apart-meaning right now my Aunt is the same age my mom would have been and turns one year older this Thursday.

What you also may not know, is that I have been estranged from my Aunt, since I was a little girl and just this year as I rededicated myself to the Lord, I called her up and reconciled. She and my Uncle are the only direct connection to my mom that I have left alive and I wanted to make something special to commemorate that.

So to give honor to the Lord Jesus Christ and to my Aunt Grace I created this shirt. I wanted it to incorporate the word but also her name as she has been a born again Christian for as long as I can remember.

But this shirt is so wonderful that we all can purchase one and show the love of Christ by spreading the gospel around the world because ” His Grace is Sufficient” and it keeps us from day to day.

In Women, Men and Youth sizes….also in various colors….let us celebrate the Lord and wish my Aunt a very Happy Birthday all at once !!!

Today is my daughter Denasha’s birthday so we are truly embracing it and having a good time…but I still wanted to share something, very quickly, that we (the girls and I) have been doing as a part of our new night time regimen.

 

Although the section I created on my link Tea & Coffee love link is for *Tea and Coffee….the “Tea” is what I wanted to talk about.  I just got my nighttime option in and it is just heavenly. Especially because its not caffeinated and I can feel myself drifting off soon after drinking it so……it gets the job done.

Today marks Week 7 and………..

……..so tonight I’ll be starting the Tae Bo advanced old school video and this marks the start of 7 weeks of regular exercise. I feel like a completely brand new person with the zeal to go forward and do more. By starting this new video, I am moving my body out of the 3 week mode it was in doing Tae Bo Basics. I thought I would be terrified but I actually anticipate tonights workout and look forward to going to the next level so ” GOD IS GOOD”.

I feel awesome though y’all. I mean I noticed that I did not even need allergy medicine today which was a plus and that just a small amount of food is sufficient to make me full. These are all perks via this regimen that were illustrated in the post you will read but honestly I did not expect them to operate so quickly. I cannot wait to see what other perks come from this regimen…you know I love sharing allllllll gooooooddd deets.
