Randi Zuckerberg is not only an American businesswoman but she is a mother, wife and podcaster. She is also the founder of the Zuckerberg Institute. I chose this book as a Belated Happy Mother’s Day to her, to support my podcast sister for always creating women’s her-story and whose encouragement on social media is awesome.

I hope all is well with you and yours ! Today is World Poetry Day ! Isn’t that awesome ??? It sure is !!!

Poetry has influenced my life in so many ways, from work, to love, to my own writing. My love for poetry started for me in 3rd grade. My earliest fond memories of poetry were from Shel Silverstein and Emily Dickinson. Of course later I would grow to adore Amiri Baraka, Laura Boss, Edgar Allen Poe, Maya Angelou, Allen Ginsberg and Gwendolyn Brooks. ( Many of whom I have met )

Today, I am a Poet myself and have three books available right now of poetry.

Great is Thy Faithfulness !!!

Isn’t God faithful? YES HE IS !!!

This new month, has so much in store, for many of us, in terms of living our best lives. The children are back in school (after Labor day-our last real cookout/sad face), this was a new year of wishing my dad Louis Wilson Jr. (husband, Korean War Vet, from Greensboro,NC, Pool shark, Golfer, Loved to laugh) a Happy Birthday in Heaven, this is a new year for those in the Jewish faith (Rosh Hashanah) and a day of atonement is coming for those in Judaism (Yom Kippur), new charities have been picked out for the “Verse of the day” ministry to advocate for and donate to ( www.feedingamerica.org (it is Hunger action month for Feeding America) and www.actionagainsthunger.org ) Football season is in full effect ( My Steelers tied it up with the Cleveland Browns on the game from the other day),  and new projects from wandasncredible are being birthed into fruition.
