I love being a Cordcutter

My oldest daughter and I were looking back at memory lane today. As we talked about things we changed when we relocated from NJ to PA 8 years ago, this was one of them.

You may not know this, but we do not have cable. We have not had cable for years and we are soooooo glad that we do not. That extra money not only goes into our pockets but it also goes to other things needed in our home for the children and I. Our Roku box, Smart TVs, Tablets and Laptops have everything we need on them.

A lot of people do not know that you still can have great tv experiences regardless, in fact I have every season to every show that I could possibly need with no issue for a low price per month ( Netflix + Hulu + Amazon Prime (Amazon video) per year are $371 + Verizon internet and homephone per year is $720 Total $91 per month )

Yes, I pay $91 per month and I use my wifi for everything with no additional costs….and the kicker is that is high for me because I just added Netflix, if I take that off it would be $78 per month. Not to mention again you can watch all of these shows on every device I mentioned including my iphone.

What you also may not know though is where certain shows are or where to find them. Cordcutting.com is gonna show you the lineup for everything and help you customize a package that fits your needs. You may want another type of show or tv hookup that is not in line with Hulu or Netflix or Amazon Prime and that is okay, find what is best for you but without all that extra money going out of the window.

Watching the same shows, and still having to get a firestick ( and by the way fire sticks rock) or rent movies or buy bootlegged ones is wack, why do that when you can pay little to nothing and have what you want and when you want it ( ALL THE SEASONS) Plus live events?

I just wanted to mention this to somebody today because a lot of people feel like they have no money left at the end of the day, cable is one of those things that sucks the pot dry and you have other bills or things in your life you could be spending that money on or saving that money for ( retirement, college, emergency fund etc.).

Be encouraged on today ! Stay focused ! and strive for true holiness in Christ Jesus.

This year is a year of miracles, breakthrough and testimonies no matter where you are, or what your race, creed, color, gender, ministry or charity. A lot of lessons will be learned about people, places and things in the process. I am forever a learned student of God and I pray daily that whatever it is we go through, we are better from it.

There is not one day that goes by that my children and I do not rise early and go to bed late, with prayer. Whether it be online or not our objective is to serve the Lord continually. This deserves no praise, accolades or pats on the back but is something we plan to spread throughout the world via podcasts, videos, t-shirts, books, (through your patronage) and other miscellaneous options in the spirit of the Lord via the wandasncredible brand.

Although this year we are not traveling, we are continuing every single month to donate to two different organizations and to advocate for them. This month is www.feedingamerica.org and www.actionagainsthunger.org No matter what the amount, God is going to bless you and bless you indeed for your donations and patronage directly to the organizations. In our immediate future fundraisers and other things for the ministry itself will be presented and your help will be a godsend.

I pray each and every one of you had a wonderful weekend. I also pray that each and every one of you has a blessed and glorious rest of your week.

As for the children and I, our weekend was great. We slept in on Saturday because we all just got back into the school swing but we also got our movie time on as well so that we could unwind. Yesterday, we praised the Lord and then enjoyed WWE and all of its glory ( We love the New Day and Roman Reigns).

 

This week, we are focusing on prayer, school work and I, on work in general. I have a lot of things that will be coming up for October, November and December so this month is crucial in getting finances and the foundation of all projects done.

With that being said…..
