Good Morning Monday Peeps!!!!


Here are some of my daily regimented tips, info and links to aid in overall health and wellness.

In a cup straight 3 times a day, on a empty stomach or after eating if I forget… I put apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil and cinnamon…just a small amount of each like taking a shot of liquor. It cleans your body inside and out, you start losing fat daily, your energy and health will be better than it ever has been, it unblocks heart arteries, Prevents and treats Cancer, lowers your risk of heart attack and stroke, boosts your immune system, aids on fighting and preventing blood pressure issue and diabetes, curbs your appetite, fights all lung and sinus issues, fights cellulite and stretch marks, bowel issues, PH balance issues and you’ll notice many other benefits.

I also have a teaspoon of raw honey and a teaspoon of coconut oil a day. I also use a lot of this stuff to make facial masks and add to teas.

Occasionally, I may have a pinch of baking soda or ginger too but for me it’s not needed.

I drink a gallon of water as well which is 5 and a half 24 oz bottles daily!
