I wanted to post this, because a lot of women, I know, are struggling to lose weight and want real results without surgery. I personally, like my weight, but I still follow these awesome ladies, because it encourages me to make great food choices, They show you what really works in those food choices, what really works in exercise and it gives real body images of real women and how they feel throughout the process. Also, the tips they have to give on various topics is immeasurable so if you want to lose weight or not, These ladies are women you should subscribe to, and get regular notifications from, because your life will be enriched, in so many ways, its just not even funny.
In light of Mothers day and thinking of my own mom who struggled with high blood pressure & weight loss, I also recommend these ladies for overall health attainment and complete realness and courage to post their journeys for us all. Again, whether you are losing weight or not, these are my go to divas…and without a doubt you will learn something from them, that may be for you or for you to pass on. I can promise you will come away from watching these ladies with something that is positively life changing.
