Creation,
As a Black woman and a mother of 2 Kings and 2 Queens, It is important for me to contribute daily to Black History. It is my task to teach my children their history and to raise them to be law abiding, hard working citizens that positively contribute to Black History through their own lives.
I personally, am very thankful that I get to contribute to Black History, by being the only *Author in my immediate family and to be one of the few in my whole family (*published & copy-written works). I am also proud to have a college education and a to be able to design clothing, create art, and just be a writer in general. I am also grateful to have my own business, a drivers license and my own home, which are some major things acquired in my life that make history in my immediate family.
So with all of this being said, What do you contribute to Black History? This question is not just limited to Black people because many families nowadays are interracial and those in the teaching profession should make sure to incorporate Black History in their teaching of all History.
As Black History Month comes to a close, Do what you can to positively create it! Do what you can to share it! and Do what you must to know it!
wandasncredible appreciates you!
